    “If you are looking to start your yoga journey, are already along it, or even a yogi yourself, you need to sign up for a class with Vaughn ASAP!!! I've taken yoga classes of all kinds. There are very few instructors who mean it when they say, "It doesn't matter your skill level, I'll work with you!" Vaughn is top of that list! During our private class, she would ask us for a body overview to know where we were tight, areas that were sore, things that felt not so good or we didn't feel as confident from the last class, etc. Then she would keep an eye out to make sure we weren't hurting ourselves based upon the assessment. I took a couple of group classes she leads, and she saw my discomfort in a certain pose and without calling me out, she offered a variation to help me adjust. You feel protected and safe in her class because she cares about every individual!”

What strikes me about her presence and her approach to her teaching the most is that she is naturally inquisitive and invested in helping people learn about the practice and the broader significance of yoga. Her calming and grounding voice and presence sets the tone for class. Don’t let that fool you.
